Wellbeing Workshops and Retreats are small group sessions that are held at DNC Dance & Yoga Studio, 459 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 6AA.
Candle-lit sessions for self-care are run by Nikita [Reiki Healer, Meditation facilitator and Life Coach]. Nikita combines her range of skills along with personal experiences, to holistically support men & women of all ages, throughout their personal development journey. Lunchtime Yoga Course with Nikita
Thursdays 1-2pm from 2nd March 2023 - £75 for 5 weeks - 2 spaces left!
Nikita teaches traditional Yoga with a modern twist, in the local community of Slough, Berkshire. She began teaching in 2010 and has since expanded her outreach to online classes and corporate wellbeing events.
“I am passionate about guiding people towards increasing self-awareness, through Yoga and Meditation. With a holistic approach, I strive to provide a well-rounded experience for children, teenagers & adults, encompassing ALL aspects of Yoga; Postures (Asanas), Breathing techniques (Pranayama), Relaxation (Nidra) & Meditation”.

Course cost: £115 for ten weeks (pay as you go option not available). This is suitable for someone who wants to pursue Yoga as a lifestyle, rather than an exercise class/hobby.
Online Personal Development Course (4 weeks)
Tuesday evenings online (7th-28th March 2023)
Nikita is an experienced Meditation facilitator and Life Coach, who draws on her personal experiences to deliver dynamic group workshops online. She is passionate about empowering people to expand their awareness of positive thinking and mindfulness.
People who attend regular workshops notice shifts in their mindset, leading to long-term profound change. Workshops last for 2hrs and it is advisable to set up your PC in a quiet space where you will not be distracted. Sessions include journaling and meditation. You can choose to pick 1/2 or attend the series of 4.
FOUR WEEKS ONLINE COURSE:
7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March 2023
Course cost: £30 each OR £100 for all four.
The sessions are held on MS Teams. Recordings will not be available afterwards to protect the privacy of the group.
Self healing, with essential oils
Friday 10th March 2023, 7-9pm (£30 includes complimentary bottle of oil to take home!)
As the season starts to change, join an aromatic candle-lit 2hr workshop consisting of relaxing breathing techniques, guided meditations and chakra balancing. The healing application and aroma of pure essential oils will leave you feeling calm and connected.
£30 for 2hr session includes bottle of essential oil to take home & refreshments.
Discover your Dharma (purpose)
Sunday 12th March 2023, 4-6pm - £30 or £50 for two people

Dharma is a Sanskrit word for Purpose/Meaning in life. In this 2hr insightful afternoon workshop you will be sensitively led on an introspective journey of self-discovery.
Through guided meditations & journaling, you will ask your higher self challenging questions, such as “Who am I?” and “What am I here to do?”.
This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling unfulfilled in their current role(s) and seeking a more meaningful life.

Breathe, Relax & Meditate

Just before the clocks change, join an aromatic candle-lit 2hr workshop to Breathe, Relax & Meditate.

Summer Yoga & Spa Weekend at Champneys Health Retreat, Henlow

Henlow Grange has a 50-year history as one of the UK’s leading health farms. Just an hour away from London and nestled in 150 acres of parkland, Henlow is an ideal country escape, and a perfect pampering retreat. You can relax in the steam room and Jacuzzi, take a dip in the huge swimming pool, visit the fully equipped gym or participate in the many classes on offer each day. Classes range from hula hooping, spinning, aqua aerobics and Pilates.
To make the most of the breath-taking grounds you can enjoy a bike ride, guided ramble or power walk, a game of tennis, or if you are feeling energetic go jogging! Or perhaps even book bikes and tennis courts with reception. The food is healthy and delicious. You can have breakfast and lunch in your robe, and dress up in the evenings for dinner. Should you feel peckish outside of mealtimes there is a small coffee/tea lounge in the conservatory, serving delicious cakes and smoothies. All rooms are spacious and en-suite (with a complimentary collection of lush toiletries)! You will have a flat screen television, kettle, hair dryer and telephone. Some rooms have private gardens.
Whether you choose to come alone or with a friend/partner, there will be plenty to do. Outside of your scheduled Yoga classes, you can choose to sunbathe, swim, book a spa treatment or read a book and simply relax! This is an opportunity to reset away from daily life. You will leave this 3 day weekend completely recharged!
