Wellbeing Workshops & Retreats

Wellbeing Workshops and Retreats are small group sessions that are held at DNC Dance & Yoga Studio, 459 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 6AA.

The workshops explore empowering themes such as; positive thinking, stress management, discovering your purpose, mindfulness, self-love and self-care.

Each workshop is different! For some you will be seated, others on a Yoga mat and some moving around doing mindful activities. Each session is designed to plant a seed, in order to inspire positive change and long-term shifts in mindset.

The workshops are run by Nikita [Holistic Healer, Meditation facilitator and Life Coach]. Nikita combines her range of skills along with personal experiences, to holistically support men & women of all ages, throughout their personal development journey.

Breathe, Relax & Meditate

Friday 30th September 2022, 7-9pm
  • Have you forgotten how to breathe deeply?
  • When was the last time you relaxed properly?
  • Is it about time you started to meditate regularly?

Autumn Wellbeing Retreat

Sunday 30th October 2022, 10am-4pm

I’m Nikita and I am passionate about sharing my broad range of skills and personal experiences, to enable people to make shifts in their mindset and positive lifestyle changes. I am looking forward to spending a day with likeminded individuals, to navigate them through a journey of self-growth and personal transformation.

You will be treated with a hot drink and pastry on arrival, before being invited upstairs where the dance studio will be turned into a sanctuary for the day. Think Yoga mats, pillows, bolsters and blankets!

Following on from a restorative, healing Yoga class you will settle in for a deeply relaxing Nidra Meditation, We will pause for a break, before moving into our mindfulness activities. A delicious afternoon tea will be served to gear you up for a mind-blowing personal development masterclass. You will leave the retreat recharged and ready to take on the world!

Friday 4th November 2022, 7-9pm (includes complimentary bottle of oil to take home!)

2hr workshop consisting of relaxing breathing techniques, guided meditations and chakra balancing. The healing application and aroma of pure essential oils will leave you feeling calm and connected.

Discover your Dharma (purpose)

Sunday 13th November 2022, 4-6pm

Dharma is a Sanskrit word for Purpose/Meaning in life. In this 2hr insightful afternoon workshop you will be sensitively led on an introspective journey of self-discovery.

Through guided meditations & journaling, you will ask your higher self challenging questions, such as “Who am I?” and “What am I here to do?”.

This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling unfulfilled in their current role(s) and seeking a more meaningful life.
