Nikita is an experienced Meditation facilitator and Life Coach, who draws on her personal experiences to deliver dynamic group workshops online. She is passionate about empowering people to expand their awareness of positive thinking and mindfulness. People who attend regular workshops notice shifts in their mindset, leading to long-term profound change. Workshops last for 2hrs and it is advisable to set up your PC in a quiet space where you will not be distracted. Sessions include journaling and meditation. You can choose to pick 1/2 or attend the series of 4.

The average person has around 60,000 thoughts per day, of which approximately 80% are negative and 95% are repetitive thoughts. If we repeat those negative thoughts again and again, they turn into patterns which get imprinted on our minds. These patterns create beliefs and habits, which guide our behaviours & actions.

Is it therefore possible for us to stay positive, even when things are not going the way we want? In this workshop you will learn invaluable techniques for positive thinking.

You will learn practical ways, of how to ‘show up’ to each and every thing, whether its a mundane task or a social gathering. You will be introduced to powerful breath work and mindfulness techniques, to enable you to be present in all situations in the year ahead…

If you are feeling ‘stuck’ in any area of your life, whether it be in relationships, career, health, finances or just overall feel as though your life lacks meaning, then consider coming to this 2hr insightful workshop, where you will be introduced to the concept of connecting to your authentic self. Drawing on more than a decade of training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, I use the framework of neurological levels of change to plant a seed for discovering who you truly are.
