Reiki Ritual

About your therapist

Your 90 minute Reiki Ritual will be carried out by Nikita (a Reiki Master and Aroma Reiki healer). Nikita is a sensitive and intuitive therapist, with a natural ability of giving the client exactly what they need. She has more than a decade of experience teaching Yoga, breath work and Meditation which she incorporates into each session. Reiki Ritual begins with a foot spa, followed by Chakra healing back massage with the use of pure essential oils. You will then be asked to turn over where you will be treated to a holistic face massage, stimulating pressure points and lymphatic drainage. Pure Reiki healing is then passed from the therapist to the client, through the form of light touch and heat. At this point most clients feel completely relaxed and some even fall into a state of deep sleep. After the session you may either feel very tired or uplifted, depending on how your body receives the energy. The benefits last several days thereafter and you may notice improved sleep, clarity of thoughts, better focus and concentration. Some people even begin a process of understanding themselves better and letting go of any negativity they were holding.
