I’m Nikita and I am grateful to be living in the stunning new-build development, nestled in Bucklers Park, Bracknell. Surrounded by acres of woodland and vast open space, I have designed an inspiring forest day of introspection and insight for those who curious about exploring themselves on a deeper level. I am passionate about guiding purposeful people through a ‘journey’ of self-development; physically, mindfully and spiritualty. My brand is based on three areas; health, wellbeing and personal development.

Based on the ancient Japanese ritual of forest bathing, this Summer I am inviting a small number of people through this immersive experience with me. I will open up my home and heart for the day, through Shinrin-yoku, translated as “forest bathing,” the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest. It’s not just a walk in the woods; it’s a mindful journey to connect with nature and reap the health benefits it offers.
