Evolution of Journey with Nikita
I’m Nikita Thakrar, an entrepreneur, Identity and Purpose Mentor, author and TEDx speaker.
For more than two decades, I built and led an award-winning dance and wellbeing organisation. Over time, the business evolved from a local movement-based service into a wider body of work encompassing creativity, identity, spirituality and purpose.
When I brought that chapter to completion, I faced a different challenge: building a personal brand around expertise that was deeply integrated, but difficult to articulate.
I had to move beyond the security of an established organisation and become visible as the person behind the work. This required me to meet my own fear of visibility, clarify what I wanted to be known for and find language for a framework that brought together many years of lived and professional experience.
The challenge was not that I lacked ideas, experience or value.
It was that my work had evolved faster than my ability to communicate it.
Through this process, I learned that a personal brand cannot be created by fitting a multifaceted founder into a generic formula. It must be shaped around the individual: their identity, expertise, values, natural expression, ideal client and the particular contribution they are ready to lead with.
This is the foundation of Dharma Business Mentorship™.
I do not impose a predetermined business model or ask every founder to follow the same strategy. I begin with the person behind the business, identifying the deeper thread connecting their experience and recognising the patterns that may be affecting visibility, positioning or decision-making.

After twenty years of entrepreneurship and leadership through DNC, Nikita closed the dance studio and launched the Dharma Diploma, a nine-month journey through identity, patterns, purpose and embodied Dharma.
She also completed a year with Lenka Lutonska’s Business Energetics Academy, further developing her approach to founder identity, business positioning and purposeful growth.

Will I receive step-by-step instructions?

Is this similar to traditional business coaching?
Not quite. Dharma Business Mentorship™ brings founder identity, values and pattern recognition into direct conversation with practical business strategy.
Together, we may refine your positioning, message, offers, pricing and client journey, while also examining the patterns influencing your decisions. The purpose is to create a business that reflects who you have become and remains clear, relevant and commercially understandable to the people you are here to serve.
Alongside two private sessions each month, you will have access to a dedicated WhatsApp support day each week for focused questions, feedback and guidance as you implement your decisions.

Do I need to be spiritual to participate?
No. You do not need to follow a particular spiritual tradition or hold any specific beliefs.

We may explore how your identity, values and deeper sense of purpose influence the way you position your work and make commercial decisions, but you will never be asked to adopt Nikita’s beliefs or interpretation.

Dharma Business Mentorship™ is a 12‑week private container designed to bring clarity, alignment and identity‑level transformation to your business. A limited number of places are available at a founding-client investment of £1,800 for applications received by 31 August 2026.
From 1 September 2026, the investment for the three-month Dharma Business Mentorship™ will be £3,000.
