Journey from Karma
to Dharma™
A day to meet the book,
and yourself.
Journey from Karma to Dharma™ began as a book, yet it was always intended to become a conversation. On Saturday 20 March 2027, a small gathering will come together at Hurley House, a boutique country hotel in the Berkshire countryside, to mark its launch.
This is not a conference or a networking day. It is an intimate, considered experience for accomplished people navigating identity, transition and purpose, moving through the three parts of the book across one beautifully held day.
It is no coincidence that we gather on the spring equinox, the ancient threshold of balance and renewal, as light returns and the year begins again.
The launch reel
A short film capturing the spirit of the day, the book, the setting and the journey from Karma to Dharma.
Three parts, one journey
The day follows the architecture of the book itself, guiding you gently from what has shaped you, through what is ready to be reclaimed, into how it can be lived.
Remembering
We return to what remains true beneath conditioning, responsibility and performance, recognising the values and inner knowing that may have become obscured.
Reclaiming
We gently release the patterns and inherited identities that no longer belong to you, reclaiming the parts of yourself that were set aside along the way.
Embodying
We consider how this deeper truth becomes lived, through your choices, relationships, creativity and contribution, as you step into the next chapter.

Nikita Thakrar
TEDx speaker, author and identity & purpose mentor, Nikita guides accomplished people through the movement from inherited patterns to conscious purpose, from Karma to Dharma.
Drawing on two decades of embodied practice and a decade of spiritual study in India, she works as a mirror rather than a teacher, helping people remember who they are beneath the roles through which others have known them. Journey from Karma to Dharma™ is the culmination of that work, and this launch marks its first live gathering.
